I didnt get the green oil back. I only received the items I would have received if it would have worked. (Staff and Letter)

But why does everyone ask me if I got the Oil back? I Posted this E-Mail to show you that GM dont read there own E-Mail before they sent it. Maybee noone sees the Mistake in the Mail

Since day 1 at least in my experience, any email sent to verant resulted only in a "canned" prewritten form letter response at best, or no response at all at worst. It's amazing that with such bad customer service they've managed to stay in business IMHO. I can only imagine what the main Sony company would be like if their customer service was as bad. Reminds me of story I just heard about a player who was stuck under the world waiting for a GM to come to our server, 6 hours later he finally got the problem fixed.

In WW, Surphat fell off a cliff, right through the ground and ended up swimming in some BIG body of water looking up at the bottom of trees and rocks. Petitioned........... Swimming...........waiting.........looking at map.........waiting.........sees where the small lake is at end of river.......swimming........gets to lake and swims accross it an walks out on dry land. GM "Hi, how can I help you?". Surphat "Umm fell through ground into water and swam out". GM "So you are ok". Surphat "Yea, found a lake and walked out". GM "Ok, don't hesitate to petition if you have any more problems".

Took Surphat bout an hour to figure things out, get bearings and finally get to safety!
