The hinge, UGH

I remember going to get that and it took FOREVER, it seemed even worse than the ore from Torg. Luckly Alley& Co. went with me multiple times to help and finally got it. I believe the mob that drops it is a (semi?) rare spawn and the drop is also rare, tracking helps bunches.

I believe they drop off of scrap collectors. PoI isn't a bad zone for AAXP, I'd recommend putting it on 100% there. I've seen several of them drop over my time there, one even dropped on a Xanamech raid. Make sure you let others in the zone know you are there looking for it.
