How to call a Bard...

Surphat of Kaladim was going up to bed when his wife told him that he'd left the lantern burning in the garden shed, which she could see from the bedroom window. Surphat opened the back door to go turn off the lantern but saw that there were Orcs in the shed stealing things. He sent tells to Bards Anonymous, who asked, "Are they in your house?" and he said no.
Then they said that all Bards with charm ability were busy, and that he should simply lock his door and the local Bard would be along when available. Surphat said, "Okay", counted to 30, and sent tells to the Bards again. "I just called you a few seconds ago because there were Orcs in my shed. Well, you don't have to worry about them now cause I've just sent tells to the Druid Society and they is on they way" Within five minutes three Bards, with Charmed Fire Giants, showed up at the Surphat residence. Of course, the Bards Charmed the Orcs, taking away all their weapons. One of the Bards said to Surphat: "I thought you said that the Druids were on their way!" Surphat said, "I thought you said there was nobody available!"

The reason Bard's can not charm multiple mobs is because of the jealousy factor. After all, once you've had the undivided attention of a bard you will naturally resent if that attention wonders else where. Ah, the burdens of being cute, lovable, talented and of course, humble. :infinity:
