Wayfarers of Veeshan

Hey I know that if a character is above a certain level (say 52 for Naggy) they get ported out and are unable to attack him. Are there any other critters like that and if so where can I find info on that. Any ideas?

I think Vox in Permafrost also kicks people over a certain level out.

Lady Vox in Permafrost is another of these critters (53+ get ported out). Never heard of any other mob that has the same restrictions. Search for more infos on Allakhazam.com.

Then there are the Planes (except PoK) and ToV where you cant enter if you are below lvl 46.

There are some Items you cant wield before a certain level, and some quests you cant do if you are to low or not flagged for the right PoP Zones.

This restriction only applies to Vox and Nagafen. Apparently, when sony raised the level cap they decided that it made the paladin epic too easy, so they level restricted the dragons so they could continue to maintain an apropriate player frustration level.
