Wayfarers of Veeshan

This is an to be an explanation of the loot system and process used by the loot council for Heroes Raids.
The loot council is made up of individuals from Heroes with representation from Wayfarers.

Loot follows this process:
Items are made available in the gearup channel after the event / mob is down.

There is a list of all the loot that dropped presented
Rikkii tells gearup:, 'Humming Fleshwrought Rune, Humming Fleshwrought Rune, Rottrued Containment Ring, Wrext Mal Mundunugu Signet Ring, Rottrued's Backup Sticker'

The first piece of loot is called and those who are wanting the loot can then link their item that will be replaced:
Rikkii tells gearup:, 'MAINS Rottrued Containment Ring FIRST CALL'
Eico tells gearup:, 'Emlyxi's Corundus Band'
Rearshot tells gearup:, 'Corundus Band'
Rikkii tells gearup:, 'MAINS Rottrued Containment Ring FINAL CALL'
Rikkii tells gearup:, 'Rottrued Containment Ring CLOSED'

At this point, the Loot Council gets the 'numbers' for the individuals who put in for the piece of loot. Each member on the loot council is able to vote.
The person who receives the most votes is awarded the item. There is no set way for the loot numbers to be evaluated. Each person on the loot council may vote the way they wish.

The numbers above are:
NAME, Date of last loot, Raid attendance %, ( relative 'Loot' value ) , [ raids since last loot ]

Votes are cast, counted and then the piece of loot is awarded.

Rikkii tells the raid, 'GRATS Rearshot on your new Rottrued Containment Ring'

If no Raiding Mains put in for loot, the loot item will be opened up to Alts, Applicants, Anyone.
If there are no takers, the piece of loot then goes to /random, which is for ANYONE attending on the raid.

Bump for those curious about the process. Last raid when the chat channels went down and the info was being sent out in raid channel lots of people were interested in seeing it and wondering what the various numbers meant.

Also, just curious, you have the (relative loot value) in there. Any idea how that value is calculated? I only ask because in the example above those are pretty close to the same item. One is just the slot 3 version of the other, yet it has a much higher value.

It should be 'received' loot value. Each loot awarded has a points value and the number that shows up is total value received over, I believe, the last 90 days.
