Everquest: Underfoot


My guesses:
Will probably involve Brell, the races he "created" (dwarves and goblins most notably), and something having to do with the Plaguebringer. Also involving the Hole for once in an expansion.

Or just a codename. Either way its fun to guess!

It'd be nice if it did involve the Hole. That whole story line about the Paineel Erudins opening up the entrance to Brell's plane was great and never picked up. I honestly thought PoP was going to do something with it, but that didn't happen. Some 11 or so expansions later it sounds like it could be possible.

The Underfoot expansion was announced at this year's Fan Faire, but there's out yet.

Be good to see a use for the big door at the bottom of the Hole finally!

What we know about the expansion:

No additional levels.
12-15 new zones
more content to be added through April 2010
tons of additional weapons
'achievement tracking' - not like WoW achievements but to help keep track of quest lines
advanced targeting system - allows queuing of targets

Yay, no new levels! That's pretty much all that matters to me for the moment .
