Hi all!!

For those that remember me from Alliance Raiders and even before that... My account has been hacked and I cannot even reset my password coz the email associated to the account isnt even mine anymore... I looked in EQPlayers and I see its lvl76 and currently active... When i last played it was lvl 75 and inactive..... Afai the Paladin is in Tunare's Warriors and even under fellowship with the guild leader... I am waiting for SOE to reply to my pleas but we all know how that is.... If anyone can contact my character and maybe he can return my paly to me.. I wont be mad hey he lvl it up 1... but of course thats nothing compared to what i have put in, in that character... If that fails maybe a nice chat with their guild leader can make him return my paly... hopefully someone can help me out....

If you have the original credit card you subscribed with or the CD keys, you might have better luck getting the toon back. Without them it's basically your word against the person that has the toon now.

the CD Key basically disentigrated.... credit will try to remeber which one that was..... cant they check like give a brief summary on the char hehehe.. im sure he is clueless how that char progressed.... like guilds it join etc...

The only thing the person that hacked your account has is the Account Name and password. If he has your email address also then he has access to whatever was inside your email account like emails and whatever. My World of Warcraft accounts where compromised also so I know where you're coming from.

I'm assuming they changed the password on your account since they hacked it.

Give Sony a call and explain to them what happened. Give them the Account name and your personal information like name, address and telephone number. If there was a secret question and answer that also helps. They might ask for a photo id like a driver's license or a copy of your credit card with your information on it. That kind of stuff the person who hacked your account cannot provide.

That should be enough to get your account back.They'll do an investigation and maybe email you or ask for further information.
