Wayfarers of Veeshan

Well, just the legs and thighs but here is the recipe....you can use any chicken you want ... i just prefer legs and thighs....breast meat is sooo dry.

anyway....for two legs/thighs..

Beat one egg...mix in it a bit of milk and some salt and pepper

dip your chicken in the mix...let it soak there for 5 minutes while you mix up the rest...

Bread crumbs...(PLAIN)
two table spoons of bisquick or flour...

spices to taste:

Garlic powder
paprika
black pepper
mustard powder
onion powder

Mix these dry ingredient in a bowl.

now dip your egged chicken parts and coat with the dry mix.
re dip your chickn in the egg and then again in the dry mix.

place your chicken in a tin foil coverd pan sprayed with oil oil cooking spray.

then spray the chicken with the spray a little to coat the top.

cook in your oven for about 45 min on 400 or until the chickn is cooked

Open to alternate versions oven or otherwise

It is suprisingly good. I found for chicken breasts cut in half and bake 375 for 45 mins.
