Apparently Samanna's Reference Desk, EQTraders, and some other EQ sites were hacked last night. From what I've read, it's possible user passwords were stolen.

Knowledgeable folks on EQLive strongly urge everyone who uses an email address associated with the same password for multiple sites to change his passwords immediately.

Example: Assume my password on this site is druid and the email address associated with my account here is alley@wayfarers.com. If I use the same email addy and password on Samanna's or EQTraders, etc., the hackers could use the info to log me onto this site or any other sites with the same email addy/password combo.

You might be a hacker disguised as Alley.

So, if my email address and password was the same for my EQ and EQ Traders account...I may have jeprodized myself?
