ToV is like a giant + sign and you enter at the south end.
The middle area & west wing are all mobs on Claws of Veeshan Faction which drop both armors & pieces for quest armors from Kael which require high faction to Kromzek. Mobs here all give nevative faction to CoV & plus faction to Kael giants.
The East wing is known as the Halls of Testing. Mobs there are all on Guardians of Veeshan faction (KoS to all), but have no faction hits for killing them. No real loot drops here, just 2 types of quest drops. The good stuff comes from quests in the west wing and require high warmly faction to get. You will need at least 1 tear from and up to 3 additional items from named drakes in the East wing. Trash mobs drop armors for quests from Skyshrine which require Ally faction with CoV to complete.
North wing aka NToV mobs are on GoV faction, but have hits to both GoV & CoV. Mobs here have tons of HPs and mitigate damage heavily so clearing still takes forever. Fortunately they do not hit very hard so are mostly just an annoyance. The boss of NToV is who drops a few items that are still in demand today.
The entire zone can be cleared with 1 group, but takes hours to do so.
