Wayfarers of Veeshan

Okay all, Jozona is working on her epic. The next step is the torn burnt book that Naggy drops. It is time for him to feel the wrath of the Wayfarers of Veeshan!

The plan is to take 2 groups of 48 - 58 into the lair. Need MT, MA, MH, AH, and 2 nuke peeps in each group. According to all the forums and guide sites that I have been researching on, it looks like a strong group of 50+ can take him down now.

Date -- Sun Sept 25th, 2005

Time -- 8:00am PST/10:00am CST/ 11:00am EST

Meeting place -- PoK Lavastorm Stone for buffing and group forming

Goal -- Burnt Book for Jozona, XP and LOTS OF FUN!

Mob -- (edited) Either of the other two dragons that drop the burnt book <checks Tanliels post again>

Any 53+ peeps will be bumped from the lair. While they can come and offer buffs and backup, they won't really be able to directly participate in the fight From last year's successful (and not so successful) raids on Naggy and Vox, we found that the "magic number" of Dragon Hunters was about 10, minimum for ANY chance to succeed, and 14+ for nearly guaranteed success, at the 50-52 level.

Alternate targets for "Torn, burnt book" without a <53rd restriction.

- 60, Red, Skyfire

- 60, Green, Emerald Jungle

Both are doable by single group high levels, depending on make up.

There may be enough at 52 and under to help, so don't give up yet. My two higher characters are too high to help, and Ari at 38 is too low, but Alley can be there to buff ahead of time.

I can put this on the calendar - but what day is it for?

I agree, dont give up. Basically, we just go back on 'Dragon Watch' again.

These 2 dragons are generally up on "server up +/- 24 hours". (That is, they can spawn from 1 second to 24 hours after server up.)

Respawn is 3 days +/- 12hrs.

<b></b> is almost ready to help on Vox/Naggy raids. He's already geared, just needs a few more levels.

Rhenight is only lvl 20 but I have been trying to get this little warrior leveled up lately and with the right buffs can get herHP up to 2144 she has a skill of 105 in 1HS dodge dbl atk Offensebut only 100 intaunt and 103 in parry so she will probably not be ready by the time for naggy Darkrezz is a weakcleric at lvl 41 and definitely not a tank nor a nukerthe only one of my girls that might could make it without being a complete liability is Sulizy at 47 (but she can be redressed quickly as I hadstarted stripping this little monk to sac her to replace some of Drexx's EEs that he used up on Darcaster (who at 61 is much too bigfor naggy. Rhennium (shamanat 56 is also too big for naggy as is Rheniium berzerker at 55though she could probably be saced enough to be able to go and help out

Ah yes, ah yes, Rhen brings up a great point. If you've got a character greater than 52 and are sorely mad at being too high level for a Vox/Naggy hunt, then by all means seek out your nearest Necromancer!

We will cast Sacrifice upon you which will only cost us one emerald and cost YOU one un-rezzable death of your character. Your unrezzable death plus that emerald will provide us with one Essence Emerald*. Enough un-rezzable kills and you'll drop to 52 in no time, ready to take on Vox or Naggy, and providing the valuable EE's to your local necro charity.

* EE's are used for 3 different necro spells, but the only really reasonable one of those three is our 93% rez spell. Especially useful when you don't have a cleric around.
