WHEN: Tuesday, 6:30 EST Sept 20

WHERE: Entrance to PoN in PoT, please come early (15 min or so) and prepared for fun!

WHO: Any class/race/guild level 55 or more (level subject to change).

WHY: The opportunity for adventure as a group. Specific goals will be set upon selection of target zone/mob(s).

NOTES: Please post your willingness to participate and any interest in a target. Final decision will be made no later than Monday. Obviously the more people willing to attend increases our ability to take on more difficult challenges so add your post soon! Be ambitious!

Tower of Sol Ro comes to mind. We've had a lot of fun there in the past, and there's time to flag anyone who wants to go.

i like wos a lot, especially now that i can mez anything up to level 70 (as long as its not immune)

in my (limited) experience there, i found that its essential to have a good balanced group of 6...particularly if you're hunting nameds...heavy tank with high aggro management ability, crowd control, slower, main and backup healer and at least 2 heavy dps

the payoffs are really nice when it goes well and it falls apart fast when it doesn't

WoS can be an awesome place to xp and I'm wearing a few drops from there too. Like any intense xp situation being familiar with your group mates can make a huge difference. I'm not sure taking a multi-group force there would be very efficient. As fast and hard-hitting as the mobs are there I foresee many deaths. Recent events have shown we need some practice working together.
I'd like to throw Xanamech on the list of possible targets. I'm also wondering if anyone is actively persuing the 'earing of veracity' quest. That's something that would be some good practice although involves faction issues.
Has WoV ever made runs through Temple of Veeshan? I can only think of one or two tries that ended badly but that might be a easier now with available gear/level of players.

I have Earring #2 and no reports for the 3rd ... but I'd certainly like to finish it off. And that's a strange fight scenario as well, with the port to jail thing.

Xanamech would be a good raid target I think.

I think the farthest we've got in the temple is the second room.

We didn't get very far; I think the second room is correct, if that's the one with the big firepots in the corner that we casters huddled behind in a vain attempt to shield ourselves from the fire spells.

We all have better resists and better armor now, so it would be interesting to see how we do.

i voted on a hedge maze. if we get enough cleared maybe we can have enough time to kill terris thule after if we start yelling in pok for folks to join in
