can someone please explainto me the new key process for time access .. i heard that now the mobs drop keys to allow permanent time access .. also i heard you can get piggied into the ele zones in a single group now if you are teh only non ele person ?

I got piggied into Anguish last night - and a piece dropped that gives the looter full flagging status to the zone (so they don't have to do all of the MPG trials).

The item went to someone else, but if I go with them again, I think it'll be my turn
