The Wayfarers marched into Kael last night and met up with one Derakor the Vindicator. Vindi proved no match for the group, and he became another notch in our Big Kill belt.

That's odd. Killing Idol is supposed to spawn statue. He's supposed to spawn in the building south of where Vindi and Idol spawned.

Is what I thought also, but shrugged it off. Was kinda upset about the statue, he has some okay drops.

Ok, I'll explain it ONE more time ... killing the STATUE spawns the IDOL and killing that spawns the AVATAR.

Someone had already come in and killed the Statue for the its LOOT.
The IDOL doesn't drop anything, ever.
The Avatar has the next set of loot.
