well ok im not sure as where to find the specs in full, i know a few of the main ones, like ram, video card, soundcard, Direct X version, ghz, gig, processor but all the other little things ive forgot where to find.
and tan, the site has a system scanner which i did and it said my video card was supported.
i dont have any idea that all laptop cards were MX, i looked at mine before i bought the game and it only said [geforce4 440 Go(dell mobile)]
no mx in that name
and as for the bottom, i ordered it, but on the site it says it needs to have a video card which will run Direct X 9.0c which i have installed.
so.... with the system scan specifically telling me that my card was supported. no MX in the title, and of course DX9. how am i supposed to know, that it would not run, untill i installed it said it might have errors after i bought it. i mean come on man, ive been a pretty loyal supporter to what they do, until they changed eq1's dev team, took out all forms of GM's and of course made the game 70+ (and almost everytime i had a probelm they never refunded me, even if the item poofed into thin air).
i just feel immesly lied to, and decieved. and all i got from a CSR agent was we cant help you, we are sorry for the inconvience this may have caused you.
i think i am somewhat justified for being angry at them.
