Wayfarers of Veeshan

Okay, what's the deal with this? Two nights in a row my trader has gotten booted to server screen, and I wake up to a message that says something like "Your connection has been terminated. It is possible you were idle longer than allowed."

Is there a fix to this or are the days of leaving our traders up overnight a memory?

I havent had alot of trouble with mine. I've gotten kicked but not regularly. I've never gotten that messege about being idle though. Man if they did axe overnight trading, just wait for the uproar. Idle is the only way i ever sell anything. leave em up overnight and while i'm at work.

I have had a trader up at night off and on for a year. The last two nights are the first times this has ever happened. And I've never seen a message like that before at the server screen.

yeah very odd. i'll get mine up and check on him at lunch time. see what happens

Mine was up fer 2 days Alley.. no boots. I did notice if I was at log in screen and left it I was booted off for Idleness

I'll second what I've heard on EQTraders, same as Peri is saying. The idle message is not from the bazaar, it's actually from the Login screen being idle too long. For some reason, you were LD'd or removed from game and then sat idle at the login screen until it timed out.

Okay, I see what it is: that lazy Forta has been stepping out for too many breaks.

I've had that same problem Alley, while in bazaar trader mode... hasnt happened in a couple weeks tho...

Hope you get it corrected...

I've had it happening to me so often I stopped bothering to put up my trader. It happens to almost exactly every 20 minutes, even happened to me the other day when I went afk for lunch in a group for a while. /shrug

Sounds like you have a router problem if it can be clocked that regularly.
