Thanks to everyone that showed up we had a very fun and successful raid.

When we entered we had 25 people in the raid. As we moved along we encountered many mobs as well as more spawned by traps. We were a solid force and dealt with them all as they came.

Eventually we reached our goal and were able to safely hold the room long enough for 7 or 8 of us to aquire the frames were were there for.
The room has a very fast respawn time (about 6 min.) so holding it was quite thrilling indeed.

Eventually our numbers dwindled as dinner time came and we had to call it a day. Since so many more people were interested I will reschedule this raid again sometime in the next couple months.

What a fun filled, combat galore, frame gettin' time we had.

Poor me, four deaths to that ring of baddies...

Grats to those who recieved frames!!

I'm game for another raid there. Since many of us know what to expect now, perhaps we can alter the strategy a bit. Is there a safer spot to sit in the room than in the dead center? Don't know if you'd generate sit agro where the Spirit spawns, but would be better than sitting in the "ring of fire", as it were.

I'll look around for more info on this - it's also thinkable that instead of spend 1.5 hours getting to the spot, that perhaps we can set up a CoH bridge to the area. I doubt it'd be possible, with undead/living mobs, but could save quite a bit of time.
