When: Saturday August 9th at 1pm CST, 11 am MST, 11 am PST, 2 pm EST.

Goal:Adventure, Loot, and Learning

Requirements: Level 55+ with Fire Resist over 100 unbuffed, Cold resist over 100 Unbuffed, Magic resist over 100 unbuffed. Claws of veeshan Faction of DUBIOUS or GREATER

What to bring: Your resist gear and the higher the better. Most of all Patience!

This may be my last raid in TOV from a COV faction stand point.

I would also like to start a group or group(S) of people interest in attaining higher end gaming. This will include POJ trails, Zanamech, and the Like but first for baby steps to get those groups to start doing things together regularly. Whether it be TOV, POV, POS, BOT, HOH, SSRA or Griegs End, Whatever it is. If you are interested in this please let me know. Via tells, PM, Emails

I plan this raid to be about 3 hours from start to finish...If people want to stay longer we can but 3 hours is the plan!

P.S. Those that know that they can be there please contact me through this message board or through Tells...I want to setup group leaders before we arrive...Have plans in actions once we do arrive. and begin immediately. Late comers will be welcome as long as there are groups available.

And I'd like to echo the unbuffed resist thing too. If you don't have them, you're a liability to the raid party.

Given shared bank slots, and upcoming Naggy/Vox raids, everyone should have a set of tradeable resist gear.

Now, Sal, why last ToV raid and CoV faction? We switching to dorfs?? I need to hurry up and finish that 6th shawl .... and 9th ring.

i post this every time resist gear comes up and am amazed at how few take advantage of it. theres a ton of nice stuff i can make resist wise. some of it practically gimme's. ill take sapphires and raw diamonds if you dont feel comfortable with taking a gift. check bazaar daily for wind-worn stones, orion found one the other day for only 900p! thats simply amazing. that makes an earring that is TWELVE MR/CR/FR!! not lore either so you can wear two! velium diamond rings are a great one also that are VERY cheap, prices SO LOW i cant even print them!! (thats EIGHT sv ALL!!) many many more options, if your resists are lacking then you should send me a pm.

Currently on vacation..when I get back I am game though...

I still need to assemble some resist gear.. although I have been to Halls of Testing already...had 200+ resists with the buffs that were avialable..didnt have too much of a problem, even though my unbuffed resists are sadly lacking.

I can't make the unbuffed resists either unfortunately. Can get my MR that high I think, but not fire or cold.

Durezil and I believe Kahmon and others have said times out of hand that they would be willing to make resist gear for fellow guildees. Part of the reason I am enforcing the resists is partly to have people seek it out specifically, for any major raid resists need to be paramount...Lose the AC dex agi flowing thought whatever it may be its not as vital. The only way for all of us to progress is to work together. Every class is useful and helpful. Resists are the most important thing on any of our higher end raids. Dragons more than anything else that I have personally encountered. Hope this helps:)

The second reason is you will actually be a liability in TOV without resists over 100. Seek out a mage and try on the gear that they have available to be summoned. some of it is 15mr 15 cr 15 fr if I remember right.
