Everyone has brought up good points. I for one enjoy the High end game, I strive everyday to make one of my characters a little better so that it will make a difference to the guild as a whole, That is what makes me happy. There are many different playing styles within WOV, some form hunting parties that they always hunt with. Others randomly join whoever has an opening, Some do trade skills, some just enjoy the casual hunt with lots of chat. Doing what you enjoy is what did, and will continue to make this guild strong. Don't get jealous of others, dont feel that you mean less to all of us, dont think because you are as High of a level, as exp, or your gear isnt as makes. You are all needed for who you are. This is a family style guild. (and thats what we are a family). Do what you enjoy! WOV is coming into its own where if we stay friendly with each other and respect each other as people, we will be able to have make everyone happy. There are many of us that would like to do the highend raids. From which we need a large pool of 55+ characters and specific classes to do, but this will come in time. I guess i could go on for days but what i really want to say is dont rush into things...Make sure you are happy. I have been in a few guilds where we reached a point like this and rushed it. We ended up losing most the guild.
Those that are truely interested in getting into the high-end game should start grouping and working together and tougher and tougher places. I for one would like to. I never thought I would see the day when I would be about places like SSRA emperor or NTOV. As we grow I keep looking in that direction and having to say to myself stay the course and enjoy the game. Dont expect it to happen quickly. I tend to get down very quickly. You have all been wonderful.
I would like to see more and different epics being completed with-in the guild and I think it is coming around. We have 1 cleric with epic, 4 or 5 druids, 2 or 3 rangers (which still need Innoruk for the second part), A necro that is just turn ins away, 3 rogues, and 1 monk. I am willing to help with epics whenever i can possible do it. Epic raiding is one of my favorite things to do. For others that i know about (1 rogue is 1 mob away, 1 shaman is 3 pieces away, Mage is 2 pieces away, 1 bard that i think is 2 or 3 pieces, a beast thats 3 pieces (i think), and 2 necros that arent far behind, 2 Wizards are 2 or 3 pieces (correct me if i am wrong), last that i can think about is an enchanter that is 3 pieces. Completing epics is generally a huge moral buster (especially when its the first of its kind with-in the guild).
Sorry I digress, I love shogi's idea and I would like to start that process
. Hope I didnt bore you all
