1. Snakes that kick. 2. The ability to speak, read and understand perfectly, some 14 languages making you the interpreter from hell. Oh, and you're a Troll Warrior with an Intelligence of 45. 3. Every single merchant in every town is a retired adventurer who can lay some SERIOUS smack down on you. Your ability to solo Lodizal, Trak, Yeldema et al, means JACK and SQUAT to the green-conning seller of crappy bags and even crappier weapons. 4. The ability to ruin faction on a continent or in a zone you've never been to or seen. Is there some sort of insta-Norrath-wide communication device that alerts ALL Frogs? 5. Monk Specific. (And thankfully they sorta fixed this). It always amazed me when you would succesfully feign off a MOB, he would wander away, out of sight, be back at his house with fellow MOBs drinking coffee, watching The Norrathian News Network and KNOW the INSTANT you got up. "What the? Oh that's it, grab EVERYBODY, we're gonna kill that Monk THIS time!" Of course then they would fall for it AGAIN. "Huh? I thought you hit him!" 6. The whole religion thing. I can see the guards at the Freeport gate now with some sort of checklist: Guard: "Human?" Fellow Guard: "Check." Other Guard: "Ok good so far." Guard: "Class?" PC: "Cleric." Other Guard: "Great, damn orcs been giving us what for." Guard: "Diety?" PC: "Umm Mithaniel Marr." ALL Guards: "LIAR! WORSHIPPER OF INORUUKK ! DIE ! DIE ! DIE !" (Now running PC): 'Dang, Is there an eye above me or something?' Looks around. Innoruuk laughing his rear off. 7. Spell fizzles. You can be level 65 with 400 AA's and STILL fizzle twice in a row on a level 35 spell. Go figure. taken from |

You can hit a mob for hundreds of points of damage and not interrupt his spell ... the mob however ... A gnoll bashes Tanliel for 1 point of damage. Your song was interrupted. |

-Or the ability to hold 8 Backpacks? Eight? Yes, eight. -How about wearing two Bracers, yet only one glove? (same goes for booties!) -THE BIGGEST- How in the WORLD, you can be level 70, max skills, bleh blah blah and yet still MISS swinging your 30lb 10foot sword on a 6000 foot tall Dragon!? Where the heck is your character swinging!? |

I can run across the Karanas at max weight, carrying an assortment of steel weapons, armor, and a few hundred gold pieces with no problems, but if I jump four times wearing only a robe I lose all my stamina. Assuming the average human male height is about 6 feet high, that scale would put the Desert of Ro, Permafrost, and Lavastorm all within about 6 miles of each other. If the world map is to scale, Velious the ice continent is 2 miles away from The Desert of Ro. I can make a malted milk in a brew barrel. Then I can make beer without washing it. (eeew) Bats that drop two furs, three wings, and four ears. Bats that don't drop any wings. (How were they flying?) |

I can be levitating hundreds of feet above the ground and still forage things, but if I am at ground level on a horse I can't. Hmmmmm |

Absolutely nothing will knock me off my horse when I'm riding it. I never trip, fall, get hit so hard I get knocked off, nothing. BUT, if I run past a small puddle my horse instantly disappears...um...where did you go? |
