It is called a re-vamp Kat.

Now things are KoS, things are navy to a 65.

I was able to wander through a good portion of the zone yesterday (while invis - nothing saw through it that I visited).

took me a while to figure out how to get in the castle. (silly false walls)

I don't know how XP is there since I didn't kill anything, but I'll most likely form a group to head there soon to see how it goes.

To zone in, click on a mini-sized castle in the southern most point of the river in GD. Druids/Wizards can succor once in-zone to be pretty close to it.
