Wayfarers of Veeshan

Ok, it's time ... we must breach the gates and storm the castle.

In my most recent foray into the Plane of Tranquility, that idealic setting, I was troubled upon finding one Thelin who was being tended by the Elders there. He was abed, and appeared sick of thought. Upon inquiring about his condition, I was told that it appeared he had some connection to the Plane of Nightmares that was tormenting him. It bears investigation.

Several reasons for us to try tackling some things in Nightmare.

1 - Nightmare Armor drops
(Brick of Nightmare Iron, Nightmare Arachnid Silk, Nightmarewood Sap, Nightmare Mephit Skin, fetid slime, nightmare mephit blood, midnight stone)

2 - Planar Blood Brew drops
(Slarghilug Blood, Nightmare Mephit Blood, Bubonian Blood (from PoD))

3 - Flagging drops / quest
- venom sack drop off of the Terror Matriarch (PoTorment access)
- nettling wraith stinger (PoTorment access)
- Nightmare Mephit Hearts (HoH access)
- Heart of Vhaksiz the Shade (Intermediate Magic Manual)
- Congealed Bile-Based Ooze from Virulent Arachnids (Clockwork Talisman quest)

4 - Hedge Maze Raid (18 people needed for this one)

I would love to see us field enough folks to try and tackle the Hedge Maze and get some folks flagged for Lair of Terris Thule. Other than that, I think we'd be well served by a drop collection expedition. I've never been to PoN and would love to see the sights and gather components for those that are wanting them.

If there is anything else of value that we could do in the zone, please add comments to that effect.

I'm looking at Sunday evening for a foray. I don't want to interfere with the Hate raid already scheduled however.

Looking at 7pm CST to begin. I would prefer folks meet at the PoN entry point in PoT starting at 6:30p.

Sounds like great fun! I have spent a lot of time in PoN gathering xp but there is definitely a lot more to see! Hopefully I will be able to attend for a few hours before work.

It is schdueled as always to last as long as there is participation. If up to midnight I am game

However this is more of a hunt then a raid, Hate is fully functional with one group. As long as a cleric is there I'll tank and enough dps. So anyone joining the trip to Hate while also having the intention of going to PON its is no problem.

I do not wish to imply obligation for going to Hate all are welcome to come and go as they please

Seems like Sunday is gonna be Wayfarer fun day

If for some reason my event breaks up and is unable to continue I will be joining PON myself.

OOOH! Big score in the bazaar last night! 13 Nightmare Mephit Bloods for 100p each. That should get a couple more pieces of armor made

2 Corrections to opening post:
Bubonian blood is only found in Pod and/or Crypt of Decay.
Nightmare Hephit Hearts are also used in HoH access Quest.
