I was thinking about trying it myself. Also thought MEO (middle earth online) looked like it might be worth a try. Havent looked too much in to either but its bumped up on my list after the 2 good reviews above

City of Heros a new twist on MMORPG's for sure and after a saturday playing i'm cautiously upbeat about the game. I have read just barely into back story but it has a solid story to "create" the world you make the superhero pick powers and take off (with fly power this is true) IF anyone decides to try a fresh game drop me a post I'll list server and characters I have. |

I have been playing CoH for the last couple of days too. This game is a very refreashing change of pace. Matchstick is my chars name and she is on the champion server. Lots of fun to play chars have all kinds of powers. Special effects look really cool. Playing is FUN. No fighting for loot or spawns that I have seen. Plenty of stuff to kill. You can group with up 8 friends. No level restrictions for grouping as you can add a sidekick which levels a buddy up to almost your level. Lots of missions to complete. Charactor creation is a blast. Sorry for the Rambling but this game is .....well.......fun. I can't wait to log on and play some more tonight. |
