| Post subject: | 6th/7th Shawl Item Hunt |
What : Coldain Shawl items When: Wednesday, August 9th Time: 7:30pm Eastern, 6:30pm Central Where: Siren's Grotto, Cobalt Scar, Western Wastes, Great Divide Who: 50+ preferably I'm at the point in the shawl quests where it would be in my best interest to call upon the family here to help me. I'm currently working on the 6th, but I'd like to put something together to target both 6th & 7th shawl items that are needed: - Siren Hair (no trade) - Drakkel Wolf Whisker (no trade) - Swordfish Tooth (no trade) - Molkor Hide (tradeable) The sirens can charm, so a EB item is needed to be on the safe side. Be happy to help. DMF = EB and Levi, which you might want. Zayph solo'd the sirens from above at the cliff's edge, although I don't remember what level he was when I did it. Root/Rot or Snare Dot Kite and/or Fear kite all worked well with pet tanking. Fear also kept them from charming. Anywho I'm game. Should be fun to smack some sirens down. |

Just a quick update... thanks to Darhen and Kahmon, now I have a couple of molkor hides and a few Drakkel Wolf Whiskers. I'd still like to shoot for siren hair, more molkor hides, velium hound fur, etc etc for Wednesday though. Hope everyone is enjoying their monday!

I just re-read the 7th shawl and noticed that you only need that Molkor hide in the fletching combine, so I should be okay with what I have since I'm about the trivial for it. As far as the velium hound furs, it looks as though I'd need 8 of them at minimum to craft the soft fur padding needed for the final armor that you need to make. |
