Success! We ventured into the watery demesne of the sirens in Siren's Grotto and returned victorious with 4 Swordfish Teef. Also, somehow we ended up with a . /boggle This particular venture took a little while and Alley and Pudd needed to log, but Caldeen, Zbix, Malbro and I stuck it out in Cobalt Scar to see if we could find some siren hairs ... and oh my ... I'm not sure how many we killed to get just one hair, but it was lots. Trying to get the second one for my third attempt at the 6th shawl, Mal and Zbix both needed to head out and Irodanis joined us. So ... Iro, Cal and I kept laying about and dropping sirens ... and more sirens ... and still more sirens ... A special thanks to Andry (who probably will never see this) for shouting and asking if one of us wanted a that had dropped in Siren's Grotto ... I eagerly ran over and died to get it. After this we killed until we got that ONE LAST HAIR. I did a field combine for the spool (success) and decided to wait on buffs and gear for the final combine. Woot me! Embroidered Coldain Prayer Shawl! (#6) Thanks to everyone who came out! It was a rousing success. |

Grats, Tan, on mask but especially on shawl! I think I failed three times on that one. And thanks to everyone who helped me get the swordfish toof. That was the last piece I lacked, so this weekend I'll be attempting the seventh shawl. |
