These are two of the new zones that are on preview right now, through next Tuesday (I believe). I really suggest everyone check them out, they are two of the most beautiful zones in EQ I think. The zones seem to be tuned to about level 70+, there are lots of "solo" mobs so anyone should be able to do something here, whether it is solo, in a small group or a full group. New items and 81+ spells are dropping here, even rank two's.

There are also lots of quests, and mostly revolve around activities you will be doing in hunting here! So its useful to "double up" by doing the quests too. Rewards seem to be exp, faction and a new currency. I am going to guess that it will be something like the Fenden quests in DSH - you may be able to buy items with that currency. Rk 2 spells are also likely to either be available through factioning, or maybe the currency, or both. In any case, good to do the quests! :)

Rasper has a good guide going for the zones and quests here:

How to get there?
Take either the Guild Hall port using the Void stone, or talk to a Herald in PoK. That will transport you to TimeA. Once there, another Herald is nearby. Talk to him, and he will have a trigger word to port you to Oceangreen Hills.

We were there briefly on Tuesday, and I agree - they are gorgeous zones. I'm glad EQ has gone back toward forested verdant landscapes rather than the post-atomic-blast vistas of Gates and Discord.
