Did they change it to where you can't wield a drum and weapon at the same time?

There was a problem with some things in the patch.

The fix is coming soon (tm) and will be a major change for bards. They will allow you to wield ONE instrument and ONE other item at the same time.

This is a very large change from how it has traditionally been. When I started, most instruments were only wieldable in the secondary slot and you couldn't wield anything else in the primary slot. Much later, they added the ability to wield instrument/weapon or item. Now, they're fixing the whole thing, cause the reasons aren't there anymore to keep it that way.
