Wayfarers of Veeshan

I have a question, I've started and stopped on several quests for such things as Veeshan's Peak key and have items in bank I no longer can recall what they are for. I've also worked on Flags in a patchwork sort of way going on raids when I could get invites or so forth back awhile ago.

Now I'm not sure which flags I have or where I'm at in stages of some quests. Is there any way to figure this out?

Flags for Planar Progression:
You need to visit the Seer in Plane of Knowledge.

Sit and ask her for "guided meditation". This will give you everything that you have done so far.
Look up the to know what they mean.

Keys:
/key will get you all of your soulbound keys information

Other Items:
Also, Spell: Identify is a handy handy tool for figuring out what an item is, like all those darned Lucid Shards.
