Wayfarers of Veeshan

Last night I was having some problems with new expansion the first being no new voices didn't see shadows that i could tell and wasn't around water to see if it reflected. I've had problems with my computer overall and am about to format my hard drive and reinstall everything in an attempt to fix it.
Main thing is i told EQ to check all files and now I'm downloading 36 hours HOURS?! of files that didnt check out? Anyway that's where I am at moment.

After I decided to buy Omens of War, I realized after a week or so that I wasn't getting the files, so I looked at the advanced file check and the OoW selection wasn't checked. Once I checked that I began getting the downloads. Seems like in the past once you committed to buying it, you automatically started getting the downloads, but I didn't in this case. Maybe that's what happened here, Zayph.

Thats what happened alright 36 hours later I now have voices and so forth but i'm still experiencing problems with slow down and choppyness that I had solved earlier.

its possible you have the shadow texture on .. if you take it off that should clear up your problem

Also, as with any eq expansion it's a good idea to update your vid drivers to the latest version if you have not already done so.

ATI has had new drivers released last week that EQ suggested to me that I install on both of my machines.
