Wayfarers of Veeshan

If and Item has a clickable effect... i.e symbol... can you make a hot key of it, sitck it in the hotkey bank and click on it like a skill to get the effect to go off?

OR

do you have to have the inventory open and right click on the item in question?

OR

Is there another wya to do it?

Not sure, I've only done it two ways.. make a hot key of the item slot and put right click it on the hot key, or hit I and right click the item.

so the HK would say /right click or /rightclick (without the space)?

If an item is inside a contailner than you can not hotkey it. If it is either being worn or the only thing in an inventory slot then left-click and hold til the icon appears on your cursor. Voila: Hotkey is made. Just hit the number on your keyboard for whichever spot you put it in for the effect. If you are having problems with an inventory slot then empty it out and make a hotkey for teh empty slot. once you put the item back it will appear on the key.

I didn't realize you could just hit the hot key number.. I have done that but still right clicked it on the button lol...

Yeah I would allways just right-click on the hotkey to activate...
