Anyway, I fully support this. I've pretty much vowed to stop buying expansions anyway, as I feel there is enough in game content to keep me satisfied for years.

I'd like to think the boycott will do something, but I can't guarantee it. I won't judge anyone who feels one way or the other about this boycott, but I do feel strongly that SoE has completey lost the proper focus on EQ. Hope you join me.

yea, agreed, remember that time when a long while ago you could be who you wanted and do what you want? well i hate to say this but that is impossible for some now. a high end old dungeon you may need a group to hunt in, but who will hunt there, they are off in PoP and GoD being uber. i liked the "world" idea and less of the "game" idea.

itll never go back sadly, sony wouldnt do it, and eventually people would want to see the stuff in the rest of the junk they added. i just pray that eq2 will be better, what else can i do at this point? i liked the game best at pre-baz after luclin before pop. maybe with the new interface as well. sides, the game DOESNT NEED people to go after all that junk. i think the way to go would get the player base of the world to switch to using NFP again. to hunting in the old world again, to truely tell sony that we dont want a game, we liked our world.

Sorry... you want NFP selling back untill it actually happens. Believe me, it's a nice thought <sort of> but I recall the NFP days... we were begging for any different way to do it.

nah i lvoed NFP, now a days i rarely see a lvl 65 friend doing anything but raiding, but back in the day theyd always have time to talk when i was a newb because they were selling, was a fun social occasion
