I was just brainstorming (gotta get the cobwebs out somehow) and I came up with an interesting idea (who knew I had it in me?)...haven't put much realistic thought into it but as an idea here's what jumps at me, it has a couple big flaws but perhaps they can be bonked out.....ok here goes - - - - Over the past couple of years we've lost a noticable amount of people in the upper levels...not because they dislike WoV, but because they want to experience the upper end of EQ; it's often even very difficult for them to leave. It's not unexpected, due to the nature of WoV, but it is a loss all the same. I know we still are in contact personally and as a guild with many of them. Does anyone have any thoughts/suggestions/feedback on the idea of a possible channel for WoV and friends so that we could still be largely in touch with those people for advice or groups or anything at all? It seems like it would end up as a sort of tagless extention of the guild...which I'm not sure would work, but hey, why not see what you all think
? The thing that sticks out the most to me is the fact that most stuff happens in guild chat, and I'm not sure such a channel would get much traffic. Anyway...there it is. Not pretty but I thought it was worth a post.
