Wayfarers of Veeshan

Paratrooping questions...

First, will "Divine Aura" (Cleric) or "Harmshield" (Necro) or anything else that grants "Invulnerability" save you when falling?

Second, can you use walls when paratrooping into the Hole, to slow down/reduce damage? I ask this because I specifically got good at reducing damage in Dalnir when jumping in the pits...would run and jump, and actually stop myself half way down by using my forward momentum to go over to the far pit wall...then I'd "let go" by moving backward slightly, and fall the rest of the way, and my damage was very often less than the damage taken if I'd fall the whole way down without stopping.

You can use those spells, but their effectiveness sometimes drops when you zone (and when you jump off, you zone before you hit the bottom). The last time Iro cast the bard's version of the spell on a group containing me, Malbro and some others, we all made it down alive except Mal, whose protection dropped when he zoned. Personally I think Tony fell on him, but that's another story.
