Actually, I don't know the point. Like Kahmon, I don't mean to be insulting, but it's going to come out that way I think, so here it is: In game "marriages" creep me out. And that's saying a lot from a Necromancer in game and someone already planning his Halloween decorations out of game.

P.S. I've almost never seen anyone in game "role playing" their character's *marriage*. The wedding happens, but then the MARRIAGE tends to go underground and dissolve in time. And really, as someone who is married, I gotta say, the wedding is nothing, truly nothing, in the overall comparison to the marriage. Maybe that's why it's so creepy to me...seeing the event not followed by the actual consequences.
P.P.S. We don't roleplay going to the bathroom, sleeping, bathing, going to school, growing crops, milking cows, etc...why pick one event and single it out as something your character needs?
