For old world dragons (Nagafen and Vox) what is the minimum recommended unbuffed fire and cold resists for a melee character?

I just dinged at 46 and need to start building my resist gear sets. Please post suggestions on items, minimum stats and monsters or zones that resist gear is important.

at the very minimum you want to be able to get them to 100 unbuffed. Personally I focus on magic, fire, and cold. I have a few things lying around in case I need disease and poison but as a rogue my poison is already a little boosted.

electrified earring of tempest is a good one, ac 7, MR/CR/FR 12, HP/MANA 35... i can make these if you provide the costly component of wind-worn stone (around 1500-1800p in bazaar) send me pm here or tell in game ill hook you up.
