I found this on EQbeastlord, it seems at least one new spell for the beastlords is a quested spell:
Ok this will be moved in a day or two im sure, but for now i hope it will stay (perhaps stickied) in the den.
The quest starts in gunthak, to the left of the lighthouse, near the standing stones in water is a barbarian in leather named caegdin coldtongue.
hail him and he talks about his lost dog. The key word is "what warder"
He will give you a stone looking totem and direct you to find his dog in a place where people are hurting him.
This leads you to the raider cave past the ship graveyard, your target is "injured wolf" Random spawn in the outter ring of huts, can spawn inside or outside (from the reports of 5+ people he never spawns inside the fort proper).
Hand injured wolf the rock, he gives you a collar which you return to the barbarian for Bond of the wild scroll (damned easy).
