the small little grey bar is the party window...it expands to the right as you add party members. The target bar also pops up directly above your health bar when you have a target....forgot to put that in the shot.

I just loaded SARS 4 only problem I have is that I dont see a mana bar Zbik maybe you know I used the melee on should I change to the caster one ?

The melee one does not have a mana bar...you need to switch to the caster one. From what I can find the mana bar is the only difference between the two.
