Scheduled to begin 9/23/2006 12:30 p.m. central
Host: Legeran and Alliance Raiders
Starts in PoP: Plane of Time.

Additional details: We will raiding in the Plane of Time. You must be level 65 to participate in this event, regardless of flag status. We will meet at Time zonein @ 12:30 PM central and move out no more than 30 minutes later. The first two portions of the event are limited to 54 people, and as much as possible will be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis. The remainder of the event is limited to 72 people.

Actually you just need teh 4 elemental gods since they can be piggied to. Everything prior is for elemental access.
